Partner App Privacy Policy

What we process

Partner App processes your AgPortal account identity, approved organization membership, role, language, currency, OAuth grants, and the business data needed to run the tools you request. Tool audit records include the source, tool name, outcome, latency, request identifier, and a limited result summary.

ChatGPT connection

ChatGPT conversation history is not copied into Partner App and is not synchronized with the website chat. Partner App receives only tool calls sent by the connected client. We do not store the full ChatGPT conversation text; security audit entries use a fixed placeholder instead.

When the connection requests OpenID identity scopes, Partner App provides ChatGPT with a pairwise account identifier, the confirmed AgPortal email address, and an indication that the email is verified. The pairwise identifier does not expose the underlying database user identifier.

Security and sharing

OAuth codes and tokens are stored only as cryptographic hashes. Every tool call rechecks account approval and organization membership. We share data only with processors needed to operate AgPortal and with recipients you explicitly confirm, such as an email recipient permitted by your CRM access.

Your choices

You can revoke ChatGPT connections in Partner App settings. For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, use the support page.
