Partner App Terms of Use

Authorized use
You may use Partner App only through an approved AgPortal account and within organizations where you have active membership. You are responsible for reviewing generated drafts and confirming write or external actions before they run.
Data and advice
Inventory and analytics are provided from currently available sources and may change. Advisory output is informational and is not a substitute for legal, tax, mortgage, immigration, or other licensed professional advice.
Prohibited activity
You must not bypass access controls, access another organization, extract data in bulk, disclose credentials or opaque references, interfere with rate limits, or use Partner App for unlawful or misleading communications.
Availability
Features may be changed, suspended, or revoked to protect users, data, or service integrity. Questions can be submitted through Partner App support.
